Using gentle movements to ground and soothe the nervous system together with mantra and breath-work, a yoga practice with Fiona Agombar will release knots and held patterns; creating space so that energy can flow more effectively. Fiona has set up training courses on stress, burn-out and CFS/ME through Yoga Campus and the British Wheel of Yoga. She also studies with the Zen teacher Adyashanti. Fiona lives in Southsea near Portsmouth where she teaches live online yoga classes and 1-2-1.
