Session testimonials

  • "I have been fortunate to do yoga with Fiona online and in person. She is always gentle and makes sure that we do an appropriate amount of movement for our condition. In a busy world, she helps time slow down. I always feel refreshed and relaxed after her class."

Wondering what a session is like?

If you’d like to try a recorded session before attending a live one, you can find them on my YouTube channel (and remember to subscribe!).

All sessions are grounded in supporting you to reconnect with your physical body through mindful movement and breathwork. By quieting the mind, you can begin to recognise your true essence, beyond our ever-changing thoughts and emotions.

When you register you’ll also receive details of how to join my optional private Facebook group.

It’s a chance to meet others, chat, and come together as a community. It’s also a good place to post feedback and questions.

Session testimonials

  • “The two practices I have taken part in were just beautiful. Such simplicity and depth at the same time, and intelligently constructed vinyasa. Your yoga and life experience are very evident behind the practices.”
